About this module
This module is intended to follow the Introduction to Commitment-based Management, which introduces you to making and fulfilling requests and promises to work more effectively and efficiently. That is the core of Commitment-based Management, and it is focused on bi-lateral requests and promises such as ones you make and receive from your employees, your manager, and your colleagues in other units.
This module will deepen your understanding of Commitment-based Management and focuses on managing groups, not individuals. We will be exploring how people in meetings can come together to reach effective agreement efficiently.
